Terms & Conditions
At Cloverly Cleaning, our mission is to provide an exceptional and consistent cleaning experience for every client. This Service Agreement outlines our mutual responsibilities to ensure a seamless partnership. By outlining our standards for property access, scheduling, and safety, we are able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and care for your home. We encourage all clients to review these policies, which represent our commitment to transparency, reliability, and quality service.
Cloverly Cleaning Co. Residential & Commercial Cleaning Services
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern cleaning services provided by Cloverly Cleaning, LLC (“Company”) to the client (“Client”). By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- SERVICES PROVIDED
1.1 Cloverly Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as requested and agreed upon at the time of booking.
1.2 Services may include, but are not limited to: routine cleaning, deep cleaning, move‑in/move‑out cleaning, office cleaning, and specialty cleaning services.
1.3 Any services not specifically included in the agreed scope of work are excluded unless approved in writing.
- SCHEDULING & ACCESS
2.1 Client agrees to provide clear, safe, and timely access to the premises at the scheduled service time.
2.2 If access is not available due to locked doors, alarm systems, unsecured pets, or other access issues, the service may be considered complete and subject to applicable fees.
2.3 Cloverly Cleaning is not responsible for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide access.
- PRICING & PAYMENT
3.1 Pricing is based on size, condition of the property, type of service, and frequency.
3.2 Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Accepted payment method is by credit card only.
3.4 Late or non‑payment may result in service suspension or termination.
3.5 Any payment not received within 7 days of the service date shall be considered past due. Past‑due balances will incur a late fee of $25.00, compounded monthly. Late fees will continue to accrue on all unpaid balances until paid in full.
- CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULING
4.1 Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
4.2 Cancelations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancelation fee.
4.3 Repeated last‑minute cancelations may result in removal from the service schedule.
- SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
5.1 Any concerns must be reported to Cloverly Cleaning within 24 hours of service completion.
5.2 Cloverly Cleaning will make reasonable attempts to address the specific concern.
5.3 Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Cloverly Cleaning.
- DAMAGES & LIABILITY
6.1 Cloverly Cleaning exercises reasonable care while performing services.
6.2 Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
6.3 Cloverly Cleaning is not responsible for:
- Pre‑existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Improperly secured, fragile, or unstable items
- Damage caused by Client‑provided cleaning supplies
6.4 Liability, if any, shall be limited to the cost of the service provided.
- SAFETY & WORK CONDITIONS
7.1 Client agrees to maintain a safe working environment.
7.2 Cloverly Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or hostile.
7.3 Pets must be secured during cleaning appointments.
- SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT
8.1 Cloverly Cleaning provides standard cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
8.2 Use of Client‑provided supplies is at the Client’s own discretion.
- HEALTH & BIOHAZARDS
9.1 Cloverly Cleaning does not clean hazardous or biohazardous materials, including but not limited to:
- Blood or bodily fluids
- Mold remediation
- Needles, drugs, or pest infestations
9.2 Discovery of such conditions may result in immediate service termination.
- COMMERCIAL CLIENTS (BUSINESS CLEANING)
10.1 Commercial clients must disclose security systems, restricted areas, and access requirements.
10.2 Cloverly Cleaning is not responsible for alarm activations or undisclosed security procedures.
10.3 Ongoing commercial services may require a separate written agreement.
- INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
11.1 Cloverly Cleaning and its workers operate as independent contractors and are not employees of the Client.
- TERMINATION
12.1 Unless otherwise expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties, all cleaning services provided by Cloverly Cleaning are offered on a month
12.2 All outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
- GOVERNING LAW
13.1 This Agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
14.1 This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
